Frequently Asked Questions

 
  • Three months of nutrition coaching costs $390—if paid in full, or $145/monthly. This is less than $5 a day! All payments are collected securely through Stripe.

    As a nutrition coaching student, you’ll need 3-12 months of coaching, depending on your goals and current level. A minimum 3 month commitment is required.

    1. Apply. Fill out the application. If you’re accepted, you’ll receive notification via email within 72 hours. You’ll then be sent a payment link, waiver, and additional paperwork.

    2. Schedule Consultation and Download ProCoach. After I receive your paperwork, you’ll be given a special link to access ProCoach and my scheduling website.

    3. Complete homework and daily assignments, before your next appointment. The assignments are designed to help you build sustainable habits. Completing them is crucial!

    4. Communicate, schedule bi-weekly follow-ups, and improve! Nutrition coaching is designed to bring physical, mental, and behavioral success.

  • Nutrition coaching is for you, if you’d like to do one of the following:

    ✦ lose weight

    ✦ gain weight

    ✦ improve your relationship with food

    ✦ feel better and have more energy

    It’s a practice-based style of coaching so after each session, you’ll have a new task or habit to work on. This is what makes nutrition coaching different from “just another diet.” The results are intended to change you from the inside out.

    On the other hand, if you’re already accountable and consistent with your nutrition, a high-level athlete, or fitness professional, you may not need nutrition coaching.

  • Depending on your goal, you may benefit from observing your calories or being introduced to macros, but this is absolutely not the primary focus of nutrition coaching. The main focus will be on developing sustainable habits, mindset shifts, and changing your overall approach to nutrition.

  • Nope! If you want to gain weight, build muscle, or just feel better, nutrition coaching can help. It’s not restricted to weight loss goals.

  • No, you’ll probably never need a meal plan. Meal plans have a purpose, but in order for someone to be successful with adhering to a meal plan, they need to already have mastered the basics: meal prepping/preparation, consistency, hunger/fullness awareness, portion counting/control, etc. These are skills that most people struggle with. It's like telling someone who has trouble walking to run a 5k. If we reach a junction in our coach-client relationship, where a meal plan seems beneficial, I’ll create one (if desired a nd needed), but only if the basics have been mastered with at least 80% consistency.

  • Nutrition coaching covers a lot. It changes you from the inside out, by teaching you to master daily habits. The results can last a lifetime. You can expect:

    ✦ to learn how to eat better in your day-to-day life, and without crazy rules and depriving yourself

    ✦ to look and feel better

    ✦ to gain confidence in yourself

    ✦ to improve your relationship with food

  • As a nutrition coaching student, you’ll automatically receive access to the ProCoach app. The general public does NOT have access to this app. It’s an industry exclusive.

    With ProCoach, you’ll receive progressive daily lessons, habits, and progress updates. This will allow me to give you support, structure, and accountability almost every-single-day!
