Overview

The store policies explains our guidelines for conducting our business and your rights as a client. This explanation of our store policies forms part of our Terms of Service, which are available here. Prior to making a purchase or accessing our site, please read these policies carefully.

I: Payment Options

Accepted Payments. All payments are done through Stripe—a secured payment processing system. We accept debit and credit cards with the Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover logo, and all other major credit card providers. If you have any questions regarding payment processing, please contact me, and I’ll be happy to assist you, friend!

Discounts. Occasionally, there will be discounts and sales. These are only valid for the dates, times, and products assigned, during the promotion. Please be sure to enter promo codes (if applicable), during checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

II: Refunds and Exchanges

Our refund policy is very specific. Please read this section carefully because any exception to these terms will be at the sole discretion of the Vixen Coach LLC.

Refunds for Online Training and Online Training with Nutrition Coaching Add-Ons.

  • A new client may request a full-refund, prior to their consultation; once a consultation has been completed, a new client has 24 hours to request a partial refund of 95%. After 24 hours, the Vixen Coach LLC. will not honor any refunds—partial or full.

  • A returning client may request a partial refund of 95%, prior to the first scheduled session of their renewed training package. Once a new training plan has begun, the Vixen Coach LLC. will not honor any refunds—partial or full.

Refunds for Digital Products.

  • Due to the immediate delivery of the product, we will not honor any exchanges or refunds—partial or full—of any digital products. Please be sure to read product descriptions and contact us with any questions you may have regarding digital products, prior to purchasing.

Refunds for Nutrition Coaching.

  • A new client may request a full-refund, prior to their consultation. Once a consultation has been completed, the Vixen Coach LLC. will not honor any refunds—partial or full.

  • A returning client has 14 days after purchase to request a full-refund, as long as they have not completed the first session of their package. Once the first session is conducted, the Vixen Coach LLC. will not honor any refunds—partial or full.

  • Refunds for Sale Purchases. If a product is purchased on sale, you will only be refunded the amount you spent after the applied discount. Sale items are not refunded at full price and will be refunded using the conditions set forth in the “Refunds for Online Training” section listed in the store policies.

IV: Warranties

Warranties. While The Vixen Coach LLC. fully and strongly believe exercise, nutrition, and coaching, specifically regimen’s personalized to client, is beneficial to client’s health and wellness, we cannot guarantee the results of training sessions. We make no representations and/or warranties that client will lose weight, gain muscle mass, be able to engage in any specific physical and/or athletic activity, or will attain any other particular and/or specific results.
