There are three different packages. All packages include 3 months of custom progressive training, but they vary by the amount of nutrition coaching guidance you’ll receive. For more info, check back here.
✦ The Vixen is $375 paid in full, or $140/monthly.

All payments are collected securely through Stripe. A minimum 3 month commitment is required.

Apply. Fill out the application. If you’re accepted, you’ll receive notification via email within 72 hours. You’ll then be sent a payment link, waiver, and additional forms.
Schedule Consultation and Download Apps. After I receive your forms, you’ll be given a special link to access Trainerize, my scheduling website, and ProCoach (if applicable).
Begin. After your consultation, a full custom training plan will be created for you. Simply download the Trainerize app and begin!

The answer to this depends on your goals, lifestyle, and health history. There’s a lot of factors that are taken into consideration when designing a custom regimen. Therefore, I can only give you a range:
Workouts can last anywhere from 25-70 minutes, and I generally recommend a minimum of 3 days a week to all my clients. On the opposite end of the spectrum, I don’t recommend any more than 5 workouts per week. We’ll figure out exactly what works best for you, during your consultation.

Yes. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your goals and lifestyle. From there, I’ll make recommendations for a regimen that is home-based, gym-based, or a mixture of the two. We’ll work together to create a plan that is best for you and is supportive of your goals

You’ll mainly be lifting weights! Or if you’re a complete beginner, you’ll be building up to that. Many women are concerned that if they lift weights, they’ll look manly. I understand and if this your concern, feel free to contact me. I’d be happy to talk about it with you and clear up any myths.
The truth is if your goal is to tone, build curves, lose weight while building or keeping curves, enhance your physique, or get stronger, then strength and physique training is the way to do it. If these are not your goals, then I strongly suggest finding another coach. No hard feelings, love!
In addition to strength training, you can expect to do some cardio as well! But we’re a bit more flexible when it comes to cardio: walking, jogging, sprints, dancing, elliptical, etc. There’s so many ways to get it done

It depends. In nutrition coaching, we’ll be discussing your relationship with food in depth. Activities we might do include:
✦ pantry makeovers
✦ grocery shopping (virtually) together
✦ discussing your food triggers
And you receive weekly homework and habits to work on. We get really deep.
All my personal training clients receive a nutrition enhancement package. This includes custom calorie and macronutrient suggestions, a grocery shopping list with plant-based options, and meal prep guidance. If you are someone who is able to apply these suggestions and advice with minimal coaching and accountability, then that should be enough.
But if you’re someone who wants to improve their relationship with food or may need more hands-on coaching when it comes to nutrition, then you should consider adding on nutrition coaching service.

This date is different for everyone, but generally 2-3 months. You will notice positive change in your endurance and/or energy within the first several weeks of consistent training.
